The earlier we find each other in your build process the better, even before planning or lot purchase.  We can create packages specific to empty lots, from assessing site drainage to catch potential issues and plan for them properly, doing soil analysis, tree population health assessments, to bedrock mapping. All these things can save you money and stress if you know about them in advance and plan accordingly.
